Correct mounting method of 2×2grip
【Notice】
- Cadero grips may be damaged if the air pressure is too strong.
- Do not use a compressor that can not adjust air pressure.
- In the case of an air compressor with adjustment not recommended by us, please keep the air pressure to 0.25 kg / cm 2 or less.
When installing the grip, keep the air pressure to 0.15kg/cm2 or less
Please attach our recommended air gun to the grip end.
Please set the grip tip to the end of the shaft.
Please attach the grip tip to the shaft while injecting air.
After inserting the grip, please raise the air pressure to 0.25 kg / cm 2.
Please keep injecting air and push until the grip stops.
Please check that the grip was completely inserted until the end.
Please make sure that the grip is installed straight.
- 装着する際、コンプレッサーの空気圧を0.35くらいに設定して下さい。
- グリップエンドから空気を入れる際、シャフト口に二層グリップの先端、白いインナー部分を360度きっちりと装着してください。無理な押し込みは二層部分先端の剥がれの原因となります。
- 長時間空気を出し続けて装着いたしますと、グリップ先端部分が熱を持ち破損の原因となります。一気に装着しようとせず、切るようなイメージで空気を少しずつ入れ、またその際もう片方の手でグリップをひねるようなイメージで少しずつ押し入れるように装着してください。
- おおよそ装着できましたら、最後エンド部分を押し込む際に、コンプレッサーの圧を2.5～3程度に上げてシャフトにエンド内部行き止まりまできっちり装着します。
- 終わりましたらグリップ部分のどこかに空気溜まりがないかエンド部分から先端にかけて手で絞って頂く等、今一度ご確認をお願いいたします。
